Enter Develop with Dell: A free program supported by our college and university partners to provide you with the knowledge to get in on the ground floor of tech!
This blended learning experience, consisting of on-demand and virtual sessions, takes approximately 10-12 weeks to complete. It offers two specialty tracks you can choose from that represents tech's most in-demand entry level careers: sales and technical support.
Earn a Professional Credential
After successfully completing the Develop with Dell Program, you will be issued the Develop with Dell – Career Ready Tech Support or Sales Professional credential! This digital badge is a verifiable representation of the skills you have obtain throughout the Develop with Dell Program that provides potential employers with concrete evidence of your knowledge and skills.
Experience World Class Curriculum
Designed by education experts and subject matter leaders at Dell Technologies, Develop with Dell’s world class curriculum combines technical, digital, and human skills. Students will gain the technical knowledge and the most sought-after digital and human competencies needed to succeed in tech.
Get Career Ready
In addition to earning your Career-Ready credential, you’ll also have opportunities to connect to Dell professionals and hear from other industry leaders during our live sessions. You’ll also be able to connect to Dell recruiters and join Dell's talent acquisition network for future roles at Dell!Tech Support
The Technical Support track prepares you for a career in tech support. You’ll learn the functions of common client and enterprise hardware components, how to identify troubleshooting procedures to address client & enterprise hardware issues, and provide appropriate technical support and customer service. This track can be completed in 10-12 weeks and takes approximately 3-5 hours per week.
Sales
The Sales track option prepares you for a career in sales. You’ll learn all about different sales roles in the IT field, skills, factors for success, and career pathways, be able to develop and apply your sales skills through roll plays and interactive course-work with an AI bot, and gain an understanding of technology fundamentals to needed to succeed in the IT industry. This track can be completed in 10-12 weeks and takes approximately 4-6 hours per week.
