What browser is recommended?
Outdated browsers may cause issues with the Education site. We recommend that you access using Chrome version 87.0 or higher, Firefox version 83.0 or higher, or Edge version 44 or higher.
What if I am already using a recommended browser version?
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for all time, and close completely out of the browser before trying again.

What are Training Credits?
Training Credits are a convenient way to purchase Dell Technologies Education Services training while protecting your training budget. Valid for one (1) year from date of purchase, Training Credits provide the flexibility to purchase training and define a training plan at a later date.
Do Training Credits expire?
Yes, Training Credits expire one (1) year from date of purchase.

What is the cancellation policy?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dell Technologies, all training will begin on the scheduled date. Should Customer request to cancel or reschedule the Education Services, Dell Technologies will refund Customer’s pre-paid training fees as follows:
• For Live Classroom (public) offerings, Customer may request to transfer their training dates to another available date up to fourteen (14) full calendar days prior to the start of the course for which they are scheduled. A cancellation or change within fourteen (14) full calendar days of the confirmed course start date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course fee.
• For Live Classroom (on-site) offerings, unless otherwise stated in a separate statement of work, Customer may request to transfer their training dates to another available date up to twenty-one (21) full calendar days prior to the start of the course for which they are scheduled. A cancellation or change within twenty-one (21) full calendar days of the confirmed course start date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course fee.
Should Dell Technologies cancel any scheduled Education Services, Dell Technologies will use reasonable efforts to give Customer notice of cancellation and will endeavor to reschedule as agreed between Dell Technologies and Customer. If the Education Services are cancelled for reasons within Dell Technologies’ control, and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, Dell Technologies will refund Customer’s associated pre-paid training fees. The refund will be Customer’s only recourse in the event of Technologies ‘cancellation.
How can I access My Learning Hub?
To access your activated Learning Hub subscription, sign in to this website. The My Learning Hub link is available on the homepage and within the My Account menu in the top-right of the screen, or access My Learning Hub here.

How do I access training included in My Learning Hub?
From the Learning Hub landing page, click Learn More under COLLECTION. This page will display the learning paths, courses, and labs available with your subscription.
What is ebook?
Ebooks are student course materials in an electronic format that can be accessed from a PC, laptop, table or smartphone.
When do I receive my ebook?
Ebooks are available to you 3 business days prior to the start date of your class. Late registrations and walk-ins are handled by the instructor in class.
How do I access my ebook account?
If you have enrolled in a Dell Technologies Education Services course previously and have set up your ebook account, you can go directly to the ebook site by clicking HERE. Log in with the email you used to register for the training and the password you created for your account.
If you are a new user, click the link that was sent to you in the email with the subject line “Dell Technologies Education Services: Access Your eBook Student Materials for an Upcoming Course”. Follow the onscreen steps to create a password and then log into the ebook platform.
Can I download the files sent to me from the Dell Technologies Education Services ebook application?
Yes, you will see a download icon in the Dell Technologies Education Services ebook application viewer.

Can I print the course materials from the Dell Technologies Education Services eBook Application?
Yes. Open the document in the ebook application viewer. Click the download icon and you will receive an email from Dell Technologies Education Services with a link to a zip file which you can then print.

How can I update my Partner Portal account?

I have moved to a different company. How do I update my account?
Partner User accounts are created in the Partner Portal by their company's Account Administrators. The Account Administrators at your company will need to create a new account for your new email address in the Partner Portal. If you do not know who your Account Administrators are, please open a case through the Partner Portal for assistance. Once your new account is created, you can have it merged with your old account to maintain your training history. Please open a case and specify which email address needs to be merged into which. Students will need to self-update their CertTracker account email address by following the steps below.
Can I use an email service provider domain like gmail.com?
Email service provider domains should only be used when your company does not have its own business email domain, or when you require an additional account for an alternate selling channel and have no suitable additional email addresses in your business email domains.
Can I create an account with a group email address?
You cannot use a group or role-based email address for training purposes. Transcripts, certifications, and accreditations are tied to individual users, so students are required to use their personalized business email addresses. Existing accounts cannot be repurposed for new users.
I completed a course, but did not get credit in the Partner Academy. How do I get this fixed?
Please open a case and provide the title(s) of the impacted courses and your score. If possible, send a screenshot of your completion screen. Make sure to provide the titles of the impacted courses and your score.
I completed a course, but did not get credit in Program Tracker. How do I get this fixed?
Please contact your Channel Partner Account Manager. If you do not know who your CPAM is, you can submit a case in the Partner Portal by selecting Support in the menu bar, then choosing PROGRAM BENEFITS AND REQUIREMENTS from the options.
How long will it take for my Partner training completions and Proven Professional certifications to appear in Program Tracker?
It can take up to 5 business days.
What training should I take?
If you have questions about what training or other program components are required to “certify” a resource and/or meet a competency, metal tier or other Partner Program requirement, please refer to the Partner Portal, your Channel Partner Account Manager, Channel Services Business Specialist and/or the Channel Services Help Desk for further assistance.

How do I access my previous training?
You can access your previous training from the My Account menu in the top right corner of the screen. Learning Path Progress shows your courses grouped by Learning Path and My Training shows all your individual courses. My Training will only show courses that are In Progress or were Completed within the last 12 months. For a full list of your Completed courses, you can click the “Export all Results” link to download a CSV file of this data.
Why can't I find Competency Training courses?
You can learn how to take competency training by reading the Navigation to Competency Training guide or watching the Earn My Credentials video.
I received an error when trying to register for a course. How do I get help?
Please open a case, select Request Type “I have an issue regarding Partner Collections/ELE”, and provide the title(s) of the impacted learning paths/courses.
In what languages are Dell Technologies Partner Program Accreditation courses taught?
Accreditation Sales curriculum are usually available in English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.

What is a Learning Path?
A learning path is a collection of courses required to earn a credential. We encourage all partners to complete courses from their Learning Path Progress page to ensure all requirements are met.
Are there pre-requisites for Compliance training?
To earn some Dell Technologies Partner Program Accreditation credentials, we require completion of 2 curricula. Please refer to the requirements for each credential here.
How do I find more information about the Partner Program?
The Dell Technologies Partner Program tiers each have their own revenue and training requirements, enabling partners to progress beyond the entry level Authorized status. The Dell Technologies Requirements and Benefits document provides Solution Providers a framework for understanding the rebates and tier requirements of the Dell Technologies Partner Program. How do I track my individual training completions?
Learning path progress for an individual can be tracked within the Partner Academy. When you assign yourself a particular learning path, a progress bar in the top right-hand side of the screen will move from 0 to 100% as you complete the required modules. You can track curriculum progress in ‘My Account - Learning Path Progress’ in the top navigation menu of the Partner Academy. You can track individual course completion in ‘My Account - My Training’ in the top navigation menu of the Partner Academy.
Credential completion can be tracked within CertTracker once you have met all the requirements. You can view and print your certificate at CertTracker.
Where can I view the recommended training for the services delivery competencies?
To view the recommended training for the services delivery competencies, go to the Services Delivery Enablement Matrix and review the appropriate product-specific pages. Once you have reviewed the Services Delivery Enablement Matrix, you can utilize the How to Locate Recommended Training Guide – Services Delivery for details and instructions on locating these packages and courses via the Partner Academy or the On-Demand Learning Center (ODLC).
