The Dell EMC™ PowerEdge MX5016s is a storage sled supported on the PowerEdge MX7000 enclosure to provide disk expansion for PowerEdge MX series compute sleds. The PowerEdge MX5016s supports up to sixteen hot-swappable 2.5-inch SAS drives, two hot-swappable expanders providing dual SAS paths for all HDDs, dual power delivery for redundancy, dual x4 SAS links to the MX platform infrastructure and 12 Gb/s SAS support.
