Greetings, I’m glad you found us on the Dell Technologies Education Services Community Site! I am an instructor specializing in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Converged Infrastructure (CI). I enjoy helping customers, partners, and internals realize the potential of our products, services, and solutions.

I started in technology circa 7CD (hexadecimal, of course), working in a variety of roles including support, service readiness, and training. Currently, I am the Delivery Global Lead Instructor for HCI/CI.

I have a Coordinate Universal Time (UTC) between -4 when tilted toward the sun, and -5 when tilted away. I enjoy leveraging technical solutions to their fullest extent, and of course long walks on the beach with needlessly dramatic sunsets.

Based in Paris, I started working for EMC in August 2003 as a Customer Engineer, mainly focused on PowerMax (Symmetrix at that time) and SAN switches. In 2005, I moved to a NAS RTS (Regional Technical Support) position, spending nearly 4 years troubleshooting customer issues for Celerra.

I moved to an EMEA Technical Instructor role in 2008 and now deliver training on PowerStore, PowerScale, Unity and NetWorker, serving as Global Lead Instructor for the first three of those.

When not working, I enjoy the pubs & restaurants of Paris and travelling. I’m a frequent runner, especially trail running.

I started with EMC 14 years ago designing and implementing Data Protection solutions. Over the years I’ve held several roles, from Solutions Architect to Content Developer, Scrum Master, and Product Manager, but always focused on Data Protection. Currently, I’m the Product Manager for Security and Data Protection education where I focus on understanding product challenges and defining training offers to help our customers excel with our products.

I work from my home office in Fort Worth, Texas. When I’m working, I enjoy leatherwork, photography, collecting and learning about whiskey, and spending time outdoors.

Hi Everyone,

I joined Education Services over 7 years ago as a content developer and technical lead. My focus has been our open curriculum courses and labs that cover broad categories such as cloud services and infrastructure, information storage, and more. Most of these courses are part of the Proven Professional certification program. I am based in Massachusetts.

Prior to this position, I spent more than 25 years at several big and small companies in various software related roles; R&D, professional services, and Office of the CTO. Besides cloud and storage, my experience includes UNIX and Linux internals.

My current role is ideal for me because it allows me to combine my technical and teaching passions and get to create material that hopefully helps people better understand complex topics.

Outside of work, I am a senior adjunct professor teaching online graduate courses for almost 10 years. My favorite hobby is spending time with my family, which is a little harder since we now live in different parts of the United States.

Hello and welcome to the Dell Technologies Education Services Community Site.

I’ve been working for Dell Technologies for about 22 years. I started with Dell in a technical support role before moving to Education Services about 10 years ago. My main area of expertise is delivering training for server products; PowerEdge Rack, Tower, XE, XR and Modular systems. I am currently the Delivery Global lead for Server and enjoy delivering training to our customers to help them achieve their goals.

When not delivering training, I enjoy socializing with family and friends. I like good restaurants and plenty of sport, both watching and playing. Though the latter has become less frequent over the years I still try to get out as much as I can.

I have been an instructor at Dell and EMC for more than 20 years. Currently, my main responsibilities are in Hyperconverged and Converged Infrastructure, and PowerScale storage classes. I really enjoy keeping up with the ever-changing technologies used in products like these, and look forward to devising ways to explain them to my students.

I work from my home in a small city in the northeastern USA. While I love my city, I grab my backpack and escape to the forests and mountains every chance I get.
